Danger In The Workplace: Helping Student Employees Manage Aggressive & Threatening Behaviors

We all know about danger in the workplace. You only have to turn on the news to see reports of increased attacks and violence in work environments. How do these incidents translate to the campus work environment? Are student employees, who often take on roles of front-line staff, aptly trained and prepared to deal with volatile situations spurred on by aggressors that might be on the edge of violence?
