Google Reader (or any feed reader)
Not really an educational site, but a great way to keep up with new ideas/tech via blogs (not just the high ed stuff). It's also a great way to get "notified" when someone posts a video to YouTube that is tagged with your schools name. There are tons of great high ed blogs out there, and reading the best of the best is easy and takes way less time with a reader vs. surfing around.
My favorite educational website at the moment is The Visible Thinking project. While the resources are aimed at primary and secondary educators, I have been able to adapt may of the routines and ideals to meet the needs of my online and community college students.

I also love the Lesson Plans on FactChecked.org, a project of The Annenberg Public Policy Center of The University of Pennsylvania.
