I have over 15 years of professional experience working in advisor, coordinator, director, and instructor roles in both private and public universities, and community colleges. My professional interests in higher education include multiculturalism/diversity, institutional change, leadership development, and student retention theory and practice.
I received my bachelor's degree from Indiana University-Bloomington and master's degree from Clemson University. I am currently in my final year in the Ph.D. program in Higher Education at the University.
