Having come to this site to explore professional development opportunities, I've always felt a bit guilty about not taking one of the IE webinars before. I went from being a recent graduate (with no money) to a member of a Residence Life team with little funding for professional development. Today I finally sat down and watched the archive of this webinar, and I'm incredibly impressed. I've participated in webinars from other sources, but this one was far and away the best. Well done!
